Centre for Applied Research

Despite being a relatively young university, British Management University actively engages in diverse scientific activities aimed at advancing knowledge and innovation. The university regularly organises international scientific seminars, master classes, and training sessions, providing platforms for knowledge exchange and skill enhancement. With the involvement of leading international experts, BMU has successfully hosted innovative international conferences that integrate various disciplines, fostering collaboration between science and education.

Our faculty members are deeply involved in professional development by participating in international seminars, training sessions, scientific conferences, and workshops. These activities strengthen their subject expertise and enhance their teaching and research practice.

We are very proud of our research collaboration with Cambridge Central Forum (CCAF), Jesus College, University of Cambridge, UK. Two joint sessions - a 'Research in Action' capacity-building workshop and an international conference - were held at BMU, co-organised with CCAF in April 2023 and 2024. These were funded by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and the UK Government's Department for Science, Innovation and Technology.

As a result of these initiatives, the University has achieved significant success in publishing research. Numerous articles by our faculty have been featured in leading local and international journals, highlighting our commitment to contributing to global scientific discourse. In addition, we actively support and encourage our students to engage in academic research and publications, nurturing their potential and building a strong foundation for future academic achievements.
